The staff here were always polite and honest, providing great customer service, and the location is very convenient, with a smooth check-in process and assistance with transportation.

I didn't like cleaning of the rooms and kitchen of this hotel.

The hotel was ideally located and had a contemporary decor. The property was set in a shopping area. The restaurant was really nice with graet food, we ordered delicious dishes...

The location of the Singh Empire in New Delhi was exceptionally nice, being just a 10-15 minutes' walk from Ramakrishna Mission. Also, it was conveniently close to the metro station, railway station, and the bustling market area.

The place is well-furnished and in good condition overall.

The room was well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and had television channels and fresh flowers. I was able to leave my car onsite. the hotel is conveniently located near the New Delhi train station.

Room was very spacious and ideally located next to New Dehli train station. Next to it was the Main Bazaar. 5 minutes by rickshaw Connaught Place and 10 min Chandni Chowk. Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the manager who also provided additional services including a tour round Rajhastan at a competitive price. Wifi internet was also a welcome plus as well as Internet stations available.

Room was never cleaned up or sheets changed in the 4 days we stayed although I'm pretty sure they would have done it immediately if asked for. Rooms giving on the main street are a bit noisy with Dehli traffic almost never stopping.

Good quality and well-maintained hotel with GENUINELY HELPFUL staff during night shift, greatly enjoyed our staying. Our property was in the best possible and convenient location to all the major sights of Delhi.

The staff were friendly sometimes, but could be rude. Two said I could use their computer in front of the reception staff. The moment they walked away, the reception staff came and told me off.
